Tempering reduces stresses in a quenched part and produces final hardness. Accurate results depend on maintaining temperature uniformity per AMS 2750E Standards, and HTF ensures uniformity by testing your Temper Draw Furnace, with your product, before it leaves our shop.

This Roller Rail Self Loader Temper Draw Furnace achieves superb uniformity with forced convection heat transfer using a top down flowing high volume recirculation fan.
HTF can integrate these high-performance furnaces into your manufacturing operation with material handling equipment, with a single-station loading table as shown here, with dual ended alternating loaders as shown at (photo on left), or any other arrangement that fits your project.
