Moving Furnace

Multiple Hearth Moving Furnaces are HTF expertise. 

This is an ideal furnace system when floor space permits. The video (to the right) explains how a three-hearth moving furnace system operates.

In this moving furnace case, one load is being placed on the hearth, another is being stress relieved, and the third is cooling prior to unloading.

Material handling is minimized, and throughput is maximized.

Multiple stationary hearths are used in cases when the heating time and cooling time are similar. Thus, when the furnace’s load is soaked out it can open both doors and move onto to an adjacent new cold load while the previous load is cooling.
