Forging
Forge Furnaces are also known as Billet Heaters. The key considerations are heating efficiency to minimize operating cost and cycle time, and maintainability.

This type of forging furnace is available in many versions:

1) Rotary Forge Furnace: Located next to the forge where – in the operator extracts the hot, feeds the forge, and inputs a cold billet in a semi-continuous fashion.

3) Hand Fed Slot Forge Furnace: where-in the forge operator manually and alternately extracts a hot bar and loads a cold bar.

HTF has the experience to help you optimize a new furnace for the specifics of your process.

2) Continuous Slot Forge Furnace: where-in the product thru-feed is the same as the forge cycle.
